The 1st "Rumah Tunas Harapan Sepenuh Hati", sponsored by the “With All Our Hearts” Malaysian JUSCO Foundation was handed over to the Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (Social Welfare Department) Malaysia (JKMM) on 13 April 2006. "Rumah Tunas Harapan Sepenuh Hati"is a single storey bungalow house located in Bukit Beruntung, Rawang which will be the home for 8 underprivileged children selected by JKMM.

“Rumah Tunas Harapan Sepenuh Hati" is a family-concept home that will give these children the opportunity to be brought up in an appropriate "home" environment , like other children. They will be cared for by a married couple, who are the full-time foster parents to these children.

The Guest of Honour for the official handover was Yang Berhormat Dato’Sri Shahrizat Bt. Abd Jalil, the Minister of Women, Family and Community Development, who graciously officiated the ceremony. The ever-popular Siti Nurhaliza was also present, in her capacity as the Ambassador for the "With All Our Hearts" Malaysian JUSCO Foundation.

Also present was Mr. Nagahisa Oyama, Managing Director of Aeon Co. (M) Bhd. He opened the ceremony with a speech, followed by a speech by the Guest of Honour, before the handover and ribbon cutting ceremony.

Yayasan was responsible for purchasing the house and renovating it, as well as procuring all the home appliances and household items. The "Rumah Tunas Harapan Sepenuh Hati" was also provided with furniture kindly donated by the LCL Sport Club and Welfare, allowing the children to live in comfortable, conducive surroundings. The JKMM is responsible for covering the daily expenses and expenditure of the home.
